My inspiration for this image was the silent norwegian nature, so various references mostly from own experience. However, since the setting was to be in the woods, there were some immediate thoughts towards Juvet hotel in Norway, although it was not used actively as a reference during the main creation phase: https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fil:Juvet_Landskapshotell.jpg.
