Welcome to Mena’s Lodge, located at the top of a hidden corner in the mountains where we find these incredible hot springs and visitors can have a moment of relaxation while enjoying a magnificent view. The visual uses inspiration of the Andes mountains terrain and low-tek architecture to represent an unassuming lodge, the crafted nature takes shape into an atmospheric scenery where thermal activity is explored for tourism of the area. The truss ‘cabins provide a sense of enclosement without taking away its connection to the site, the rock ponds fill with warm water and give this ‘natural’ bathtub for the enjoyment of its users. Given its high location, the design comes from its near surroundings by rearranging nature and giving way to the magic of mystique and physical relaxation after a long journey towards the site.
