Flagstaff Hill presented the opportunity to celebrate a building design through light, where an approach over the park was filmed and lit at night using an LED light mounted on a drone, to record the shadows cast by glowing elements as they coalesce on the site and describe the building form. This same effect was used to "create" the building and shine a light on all the building had to offer.
