3D visualisation imagery was key to envisioning this vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood featuring town centre wrapped around a scenic lake. Located 14kms from the Brisbane City Centre, The Foundry is a 16-ha site in Runcorn that presents a world-class development opportunity in South East Queensland.

One atmospheric ground level image features the vibrant town centre, stormwater retention and treatment basin and connection to the nearby residential community. The goal of the 3D render was to visually explain the ideas and concepts inherent in the master plan to the wider community as quickly and as engagingly as possible.
