This is a film painstakingly produced for Qianhai, a brand new part of Shenzhen. Over the monumental course of 72.1 square kilometers of urban planning and construction, scenes shot on-location are combined with 3D scene and special effects to showcase what was, what is and what will become of Qianhai, from its humble beginning as a tidal-flat area to its new look in the future upon completion.
