This is Ezüstpart Hotel, an abandoned hotel in Hungary, next to lake Balaton. The basic idea was to create moody exterior images with this abandoned building, collecting photo references of this building (also inspired from some photographs of Adi Bulboaca), and trying some different lightings. And when we started to put the guys in hazmat suit, the idea grows.
