This Video is created with the Lumion3d real-time rendering engine and the video was edited by adobe premiere cs5. Project is based in an industrial derelict building site in Bedford, UK, but the interior and internal structure of the building has been completely redesigned to fit a multipurpose arena that features catering, night club, performance and conference facilities. The design of the interior is simple, using the main colors them red and white, and that is how the movie was called red plus white. The overall design has the element of lightness, continuity, integrity and strong contrast, hence some of the titles appear in the video to highlight the features that coherence with the subjects.
The background music is one of the most familiar classical tunes call “morning” which is chosen to echo the early sun rise real-time setting appears in the video. As the music progresses into the Corus, the interior of the building thus been revealed in more detail.
The total rendering s process took about twenty hours resulting ten short clips each costing two hours to render in average. Adding the post editing time which is about two or three days of good solid work in total. It shows how quickly and easy that one man can compose a simple 3d animation walkthrough to sell a design.
