This image I produced as a part of the Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Lincoln school of architecture. The concept was about based around the regeneration of the North East of England’s Town of the Middlesbrough and its reclamation of its historical post industrial waterfront.

One of the aims of the concept was to look at what Middlesbrough could look like in 2040 the master plan produced is to be self sufficient producing its own food, water and power. 30% of the buildings within the site were modelled down to fixture and fitting detail with a total polygon count of 5.5 Billion
